How to change shoe size?

You received your shoes and shoes are too small or too big?

When you receive your shoes you found RETURN PARCEL label and instructions to return the parcel. You can return the parcel with it.

Shoes must be clean, tried on indoors only!

Do not forget to attach exchange form to shoes.

When we receive the shoes we contact you about transport costs to resend it. Once you pay those costs we send you shoes size changed.

Transport costs of resending shoes are the same as transport costs with original order.
